Take a Bow with Satee in 5 Different Ways

Hey guys, how are you all doing on this fine day? Today I will be showing you 5 different ways on how you can style a bowtie! Sounds fun right? Well I know that most of you all (including myself) don’t normally go for bowties as an instant daily wear but you can always pull it off with any look or style you put on. Bow ties have basically been worn for years and are still in trend right now! they can never go out of fashion for sure.

We don’t always have to wear a blazer or a suit to look good in a bow tie. I decided to gather something different that anyone can try out and I am sure that you can look good in any of these looks.

I have collaborated with Satee by Mayur, a brand that caters toward men’s accessories focussing on bow ties. Their collection can surely put every man’s outfit into the spotlight. The varieties that they have are very attractive and can be worn on any occasion.

So here is my take on how to style a bow tie in 5 different ways!

  1. Nautical Stripe Bow

This bow tie is very versatile being two toned. I have decided to put up a look that can be worn in several occasions without it being considered fully formal. Smart casuals always work best anywhere you go.

So here I have worn an asymmetric cut and sewn shirt underneath a Harrington jacket and it is layered with a checked muffler scarf. I have paired a cuffed tapered fit trouser and a white soled two toned brogues.

  1. Camo Printed Bow

Since camouflage has been in trend for awhile now, I decided to try it out as an accent rather than the centre of attention. Since this bow tie gives more of a casual feel, I decided to make it more of a casual look.

Here, I am wearing a grey shirt layered with a motorcycle double breasted jacket and teamed it up with a skinny fit striped pants and a pair of sneakers.

  1. Mosaic Printed Bow

This bow has quite a bold print that you normally don’t see on a bowtie. The print is quite colourful so it can be worn with any solid coloured shirt.  I wanted this look to be classy yet a little eccentric so I decided to wear an olive green shirt with a grey trench coat over it and teamed it up with a pair of dropped crotch pants and black sneakers.

  1. Tropical Printed Bow

Tropical may be for summer but there is no rule that you can’t wear the same for winter, am I right? This print is very attractive because of its colour and the design of the bowtie. I decided to wear something neutral that would make the bowtie stand out without adding anything more to it.

A white club collared shirt with a satin bomber jacket, sporting it with a pair of pastel coloured pants and a nude zipped trainers will definitely make the bow tie do its talking in this look.

  1.  Floral Printed Bow

Floral has always been everyone’s favourite, you can find it everywhere be it menswear or womenswear.  The colour and the print of the bow tie are quite classy so I decided to put on a formal look with this one. Here, I am wearing a white dress shirt with a wine coloured blazer and a navy blue trouser paired with a fringed monk strap shoes.
